If you are that far in you should know what items you are looking for, so just make a loot filter that emphasizes them yourself. It will be infinitely better than using someone else’s

For general loot filter creation follow these rules:

1. hide all items
2. Show desired idols
3. Show T7+T6 exalts or better
4. Show T7 exalts of stats you want in the slots you want them
5. Do whatever you like with uniques strictness

That will get you a better loot filter than 90% of ones you could download
