I'm aware of GW's reputation among the diehards, though. I think GW has made some mistakes in my time so far as a fan of 40k, but also I think a lot of the upset is totally overblown and maybe that's just a self-centered and inconsiderate perspective as a fairly "newer" fan (only started engaging with 40k for ~3 years maybe?).

I feel like now is the best time to be a 40k fan with how much GW has been investing into the franchise's lore and media.
