The problem is that they won't. People, including streamers, will play LE for 2 days then switch to PoE. It literally will kill all the hype for it and many people wll stop playing or never even start at all because of it

Some of the letters are references to parts of the human body on the first image, there is a numbering system for each figure. The images seem to be him reconciling how the human body can be replicated using a combination of springs and pulleys in order to support a load (rock) designated "R". There doesn't seem to be any real math on this, but simply concepts of supporting a load. I can see why the article accompanying with it mentions being of use to robotics. While the calculations aren't there it is still a good starting point for concepts.

The diagrams on the 2nd page are reminiscent of loading diagrams for steel beams and joists in modern engineering.

So, the whole series has a character called Bandit. He's my favorite. RoR1 had a particular glitch with Bandit that allowed effectively infinite speed stacking, lovingly referred to as Bandit tech. The devs acknowledged it and thought it was cool so they never patched it out of RoR1. Unfortunately it never made it into RoR2, and eventually the made RoRR and I just haven't tested it there.

I don't need to build assets and I don't need to write codes but I do some work by my aesthetic, the process is as similar as environment artists but you can just ask them to get assets... Too good.

Yeah that's what I would recommend, Both UE5 and Unity are free to mess around with. A lot of free assets to get started on. If you really want to get a job in level design then the best way to do it is create a portfolio of work. Having levels created in UE5 and/or Unity will go a long way to show you know what you are doing.

There's also a lot of level design that doesn't require any assets at all actually. Learn about how different games design their levels, what the pros and cons about those design styles. Understand the principles of why players react to certain level design strategies. Plan "routes" through levels and be able to talk about why you think it's a good way to push a player through the map.

Look at No Rest of the Wicked for some really cool level design for an ARPG

For example, the way Fromsoft designs levels for their souls games, compared to how Monster Hunter Wilds has it's maps designed

Vs designs for a FPS game, or a Battle Royale game, etc

Those look like filters for a video, like putting a colored lens on a camera. If using UE I'm guessing it has to do with fade in/out or other camera effects you can trigger such as when a player enters a zone or to add an effect for a rendered scene. As an example someone finishing loading the screen fades in.

Was having a conversation with a friend earlier about this. Friend was saying Teamspeak is coming out with a new version here soon (or already has I forget), and that it might be better to abandon discord at some point as things will continue to get worse up to the point where they will force ads for non paid subscribers sometime in the future.

It's the whole "Be super nice and friendly until you get market share, then spring all the questionable money making methods" issue. I expect this sometime soon as Discord is aiming for an IPO as they are already in talks for it. At which point investors will demand to increase revenue at any cost like every other publicly traded company.

Not great, but well that's how they make their money for large communities. It's more expensive for companies to use it, but I think they are unlimited slots. Back in the day Teamspeak had great audio quality and many advanced features long before any other VOIP program. It was used a lot in professional racing at one point (not sure if still is). I haven't seen any of the changes yet though, the last time I used it was Teamspeak 2, and they are now up to Teamspeak 6 (beta).

Looking at the new UI, It's looking a lot like discord almost. They even have screen sharing (didn't before). Honestly I like the new blue color scheme, not sure why. Reminds me of something I can't put my finger on.

It's based on how many mods are on the waystone, so it still gives players an out if they want more portals. You can just run 4 mod waystones and still have 2 deaths

I'm a bit annoyed they only released 1 class. Unless they start releasing a bunch of classes at a time they will run out of time and not be able to finish PoE2 before the end of the year like Johnathan wanted.

They basically have 3 more big patches/leagues before they bust the timeline. Wouldn't be the first time they had to delay though.

If you are having issues fighting something at ranged, remember bosses change attack patterns if you are close or far. So maybe stay close and strafe around the boss. He won't use the spirits as often.

and remember you can dodge roll his melee attacks except for the big slams

PoE2 has a bit of Dark Souls mixed in. So treat the bosses a bit like Dark Souls, it will take you a few tries unless your build is really strong to learn the fights.

I made this table when I was 20 years old, it was my final exam project at woodworking school. (Everyone can choose what they make for their exam project) I won first place with it at the exam work exhibition, and it brought a lot of work as a reference after that. I mostly make repeating patterns by sawing, because I can saw several layers of tiles on top of each other and make several at one time. However, putting them together like a puzzle and shading them with sand one by one only works one by one.
