You can try verifying your steam files and resetting your Keybindings to default. RMB is usually assigned to the 5th skill on your hotbar and I'm not sure it can be changed. Someone in #❔┃ask-the-community might know while I go look!

Iirc, Your best bet is to use the environment. There are ledges to climb and get mounts. With enmity you can lead her to traps and get some time.

I think there is an opening after the big laser attack too
