The fact that characters offline have access to cycles at all is a huge bonus. By my understanding you probably wanted to play with the same character without missing out on cycles, is that correct? However the idea is that cycles are able to nerf/modify things constantly and usually the idea of legacy is that you are able to keep your items and character the way he was when you played with it. I don't know if I explained it well (english not my first language). (sorry I will stop anwering things here)

You assumption regarding using the same character to play any and all future cycles it correct.

And I can understand the nerfs/modifiers with every cycle.

That being said, I do believe the best way to go about it - is to let the player decide if he wants to enable the new cycle (that just released last night - as an example - last night = in the future) on his Main character/'s or crate a new one just for this new cycle - because he maybe does't like some of the changes and what not or what-ever.

The buttom line is: Have the best of both worlds.

Let people use the same character all the time if they want to, while at the same time giving everyone the option to create a brand new character for just 1 cycle or 2 or every cycle if they so chose to do.

There is one bug that we are aware of which duplicates a quest reward. As far as I know the others are visual only and don't actually give you stuff long term. Duping bugs are the most important (after multiplayer issues) for us to fix. We put out several bounties to find them during the last year.

No it simply says, "Dive bomb has a shorter cooldown", but it does not reduce the cooldown at all and it does not ask for a trigger effect, but boots if they have increased cooldown recovery speed do reduce dive bombs CD, I'm just sad because this node at max lvl would essentially shave off 2 seconds of Dive Bomb which is huge for a falconer build :(.

Hey Mike this never got answered but you asked if the skill node was triggered in divebomb, No it simply says, "Dive bomb has a shorter cooldown", but it does not reduce the cooldown at all and it does not ask for a trigger effect, but boots if they have increased cooldown recovery speed do reduce dive bombs CD, I'm just sad because this node at max lvl would essentially shave off 2 seconds of Dive Bomb which is huge for a falconer build :(.

Honestly, what I'd do in your guys' shoes is when you're ready to do it: ask publicly via a survey or "feel of the room," collate answers from most to least needed and easiest to hardest to implement and go to work. Have a field for what disabilities and how specifically the game is inaccessible and what specifically could be done to make it playable. The hardest part of accessibility is bringing all the disparate parts together to do the most amount of good with the least amount of work.

The servers aren't all down. Moving between them is the major problem. When you're in the mono, you're in one server and you don't move off of it. I'm not sure what happened when you tried to leave but it should be fine. Only one way to find out though.

I'm curious to know if the bases that are selected for the constelliations are weighted or not. Am I more likely to see higher level bases than lower level bases.
