What makes you think that? I think t7 and lp uniques are only so cheap right now because very few people can buy them. I fully expect everything to go up in price as soon as more people can buy them. Supply won't increase since everyone can list everything already but only a small pool of people can buy it.

Pricing is really tough... I'd say you need to be familiar with the game to do well, and even then it's a pain to price check

3lp isnt that rare, but 4lp is lottery odds in merchants guild. the power difference between a 3lp and a 4lp is also insane. like if a 3lp unique goes for 2m, the 4lp version of that item is worth easily 100x that

its because you can take that perfect exalted you have and guarantee all of the mods on it. rather than having a 25% chance of missing one of your best 3 mods on it.

@tiny spire exactly what NAIT said. the UI is awful, having to go to different NPCS is awful. the search functionality is lacking a lot of important features like values. the fact that you need to rank up your rep in order to buy certain items is awful to me.

obviously thats all by design, because thats the experience they wanted players to have. but id much rather one interface, more search options, and a free open market where the only limiting factor is how much gold you have. dont make me farm exp for favour as another gate to buying an item

its just design decisions made in order to slow a players progression in one way or another. thats why theyve gated buying items by requiring exp to buy them, and rep level requirements. making it so you cant resell items|

the ui interaction sucks for it and that's only really an issue because the only truly effective way of pricing and finding items is by comparing what you have for sale to what's for sale

ideally there's some thing that looks at items w/ same subtype and similar affixes and gives a market estimate based on items sold, that way players have the ability to quickly assess what's being sold and what's worth what, rather than just listing stuff for nothing. also, trade restrictions suck because they haven't done a good job in timing when players are looking for upgrades for what slots at what level. gold income is also a problem for mg players vs cof, so ideally you are in this horrible situation where you play BOTH mg and CoF to optimize

This is part of the reality. The uniques are plentiful. So COMMON and even UNCOMMON lp1/lp2 uniques are not worth spending that much favor on. They have to be rare lp0/lp1/lp2 uniques or lp3/lp4 uniques.

you don't get favor back, you're paying favor to give stuff for free

When you spend the favor you never get the favor back. So you need to be very careful on how you spend it. Make sure that you are getting gold when you spend that favor. Also if you are spending favor on buying things, make sure its something that helps you in some way. I do not recommend the gambler for anything.

Additionally ANY favor you spend gives you twice as much reputation instantly. You dont' need to wait for your item to sell to get the reputation. You get it instantly.

Feel like people who are so casual it takes them longer than a week or two to reach rank7 should be playing CoF since that was made for them

People who pick MG don't really get much of an upgrade until they reach Rank 7. If their class is meta they probably can reach R7 very easily but if they are playing off meta or some DIY build then they are going to struggle and not getting much of upgrades

you also lose out on all the MG stuff when you go CoF. You kind of want to have both because drops without CoF feel not as good but with CoF you really hit the limits of gear progression fast (the reason why many people switch over to MG later on)

kinda stops me from playing, cause i cant swap guilds without losing some gear and the grind just feels terrible

i dont have t7 yet, because i made a paladin and its just so bad compared to the meta

this might be very controversial but I'm not sure if the split up between MG / CoF is that good in the long run... I get why they're doing it but if people want to play without trading there is always SSF and most arpgs have both trading and mf and it was never in conflict

Yeah but CoF you tend to get incremental upgrades due to the amount of loot drop and how you easily target farm to get those loot. I see a lot of people getting LP2 gear so easily. Whereas MG you will keep getting bricked wall or you get upgrades once in awhile or you just get stucked.

I rlly feel like MG should just be there for everyone and CoF be a season mechanic with profecies and all. Tbh i feel like they didnt rlly want to add trade and did it half assed because of player presseure, personal opinion

oh you're completely right there, the majority of the time this game had 0 trading, it was put in quickly before release (the reason why the interface right now is crap)

the whole split up between MG and CoF is the reason why everything is locked behind a huge grind, I am not sure if this does any of the systems any good, though CoF players care a lot less than MG players

But it's already so easy to gain insane gear compared to pre 1.0 if you're MG. Does it need to be even easier?

Honestly, I am just stuck with MG and I hit a brick wall where loot are so bad I can't sell to make enough money buy upgrades (LP gears costing like millions) or there isn't any decent gear for sale cause there is not enough people to form the market.

almost every arpg has trading and I've never seen anybody claim it was too easy to get good gear, why wouldn't it work in LE? If you don't want to trade, don't trade (or make your character SSF)

if they really wanted to help out SSF players in a way they could always give ssf some buffs to loot drop chance, I wouldn't even care

Well i mean right now there are still some things that are still difficult to aquire even with MG. I'd prefer it stay that way
