Fourth: press upload region and spend 100 gems
Fifth: make region accessable through only a password
Sixth: share password with friends
Note: can't play in same city as others, only region as of now

Only one way to upgrade roads: replace them
If you meant the bad traffic, create more optional roads to same destination

If having trouble with industry zones not building/upgrading, look at demands (yellow,purple,green bars on side seen in cities) and fulfill their needs, if using sandbox mode (most used mode by almost everyone in the server) then you can edit the citizens needs by pressing the - and + buttons

If it hits it in the right time, it would make an accident
