hey so i have a problem with my city: There are barely any new citizens coming to my city even when i build new buildings (TTT will be filled halfways or a bit less when i build a new building) and when i build a TT building there will only be one resident and thats it noone else will ever live in that building. (same thing with industry and the blue area). i think all their needs should be filled and i placed as many trees as possible but that didnt change anything. Also when i look in my stats it says that there is only one TT resident in my entire city. How can i fix this issue?
