I don't really know what capacity means, but I'll take that as the specs. I've tried playing on a 2gb Laptop running on a really old processor and at low settings, it works fine. I would highly recommend a mid range pc or laptop. My laptop has a i5 and 16gb. And even on highest settings, you could get around 60fps or so. Idk, just get a decent enough pc.
