I threw some names around, stuck with "Edutri" and some reverse of "Triedu" then went to school.
There's some free time at school, so I took the base size sprite, downscaled from 8×8 to 5×5 grid, drew some lines and stuff, color.

Removed the lines, seamed it with some colors made some window parts, then shade the windows, then add sun-glare in the windows, drew some extra stuff, draw night animation, and that's all.
Export the sprites, go to PCA, make up the common of the plugin, import the light Anim then the building, then added some things.

After that's done, I downloaded, replace, and test night animation alignment, then some test later, it's done.
