Hi everyone! Iโ€™d like to suggest a regional workforce system for TheoTown.

It would be great if citizens could live in one city and work in another within the same region, based on transport connections (roads, railways, buses, etc.).

This would allow realistic commuter cities, industrial hubs, and true metropolitan regions instead of every city being fully self-contained.

Even a simplified or abstract version would add a lot of depth to regional gameplay. What do you think?
