TheoTown files are located under such directories:

• Linux: ~/TheoTown
• MacOS: /user/TheoTown

  By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller. (android 11 onwards restricts access to external storage for apps, so if the files cannot be accessed this way, opt for the in-build manager explained below)
• ios: Search "TheoTown" in the file manager app

If you cannot access game files through these directories, game has an in-built file manager for mobile devices which is accessible from the region view menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

Hello; I bought TheoTown in a bundle with Urbek City Builder on Steam a few days ago. I got to test TheoTown and two things happened.

1. The game says the following as soon as I run it: Running as Administrator. Hi, it seems TheoTown was starter with administrative privileges. We highly recommend against doing this as it can prevent the game from accessing its files in the future.

2. I lost all my progress with the base tile region meaning that 3-4 hours of my time went missing.

Is there any fix to these issues?

Nah development is continuing on this game, just pretty slowly

Plus plugins do most of the work anyways so the devs are in no rush to add new features
