Through my teens I noticed things like memory loss and lack of ability to focus on studying and homework and stuff. I get it. For me when a problem seems too big to fix, even if its not, it can feel debilitating and just easier to restart. Like destroying the whole industry zone and building it again, or retrofitting changes feels like more work than just starting a new city. For college work, and just for any work college or job, I can only do it at the college library or with my girl. Nothing elee works for me. And I always start things and don't finish them too.

All I can say on starting stuff and not finishing is if its not serious work, just have fun with it.
