Height-maps, are pictures, with dark and light areas, the lighter the areas are, the higher the terrain will be. How do you make a region with a height-map?

Visit this Website, https://terrain.party/ (recommended to use on a laptop/pc)
Choose an area
Export the selected area
Unzip the downloaded file
Now write the code in the developer console like this:

Example:

Online Mode

Since version 1.8.45, there's an online mode in TheoTown. You can access it by tapping a button 'Online Regions'. There you can play on free regions, or access the locked ones with a password. Also, you can upload your own region, by tapping a '≡' button in main menu. But remember, it will cost some gems.

Also, for now, update isn't available for everyone. If you still haven't got it, just wait.
