1. Historical medieval houses are lighted by fire (candles or chandeliers)
2. Historical medieval houses are supplied by water using wells and buckets. They store water in barrels
3. Historical medieval houses sometimes don't need roads/paths but they use paths or cement, thus modern roads don't for for medieval style

Conclusion: They arent supplied by electricity, they were supplied for water by wells and barrels but not pipes.
