In France there's a lot of underground metro rail transit, some of them are almost intersecting due to the amount and so the government build exhaust fans to keep underground cooled. They are also camouflaged to looked like buildings because i guess everyone has OCD apparently.

You need to do this in order
Obviously build the DSA but for now i don't care how you build it. The Space Command Center and the launchpad is important. Before laughing anything you must have all the upgrades about rocket launch cus if you don't have these some rocket launch will result to failure causing to make an instant meteorite tho in the warning you'll get is rocket re-entry. Once all that cleared build any relating to oil industrial buildings, i didn't know this before but for fast and/or effective load you need the Oil Refinery and Oil Storage in TTT lvl. I'm to lazy to give the images. Launch other rocket launches until the lunar moon one. In the game it doesn't says that this for lunar but by reading the description you might get the idea. You importantly need the final launch cus this is for protection of your lunar base. I didn't experience this but someone said that meteorite fell and destroyed the base. Do whatever you want one lunar base
