That road works for tram with the NTS, but to be recognized it occupies flag train because with flag tram it did not recognize it and could not work well, now if you use trains without (old) routes obviously that trains can appear on the street

Well some of them like bluescreen ones were features we had for April fools etc. So after the change was reverted, the feature stayed for people who liked it. Same for anime.
Rest of them are because they would bloat up the game meaning lower end devices will have trouble supporting it. Having less in the base game lets you have more plugins and to choose what you would like

Yes, at first I only made panel houses, which had already been built on a larger scale, but then I wanted to try creating different architecture and infrastructure on a similar scale. At least Soviet cities can now be built without any problems.
