The number next to the building name denotes the influence provided by the building. The buildings under the landmarks and awards are all vanilla. Landmarks costs diamonds to place (on mobile). The plugins in the image are only some plugins that provide cultural influence. You may be able to find many more on the plugin store.

Hello everyone!
I’m putting together a small team to work on TheoTown plugins with me. If you’re interested in plugin development, texturing, or just want to be a part of new plugin creation projects, this is your chance!

Q&A

  1. What do we intend to work on in the near future?
    We’ll focus on finishing some of my unfinished plugins, such as Frankfurt Airport, Roma Termini, and others. Once those are complete, we can also work on brand-new projects together.

  2. What would a person in such a team do exactly?
    You’d help with finishing plugins, improving textures and shading, and even drawing new buildings. If you’re good at graphics or coding – you’ll fit right in!

  3. What about plugin store earnings?
    Earnings from the Plugin Store will be shared fairly:

Standard: 60% for me / 40% for you

Step 3: Here are some tutorials that show how to make a house. One by Theo and one by Kulche
Here's a tutorial by rtobby that provides tips on improving the plugin quality
You may find more tutorials in the getting started page and on the forum
And even more tips pinned in plugin discussion
Step 4: Last step is to create a json. You can create one by using PCA or use this tutorial here to make one. To make one manually, you can use any text app which allows you to save files as a .json
Feel free to ask for help or suggestions on the forum or on the server

Bonus step: Once done, you can upload your plugin on the store which once approved can be downloaded in-game by anyone or post it on the forum showcase or both! Remember that store plugins must oblige to the store rules

Okay to whatever that just happened here (now purged). Making private plugins isnt illegal. Sharing pictures or talking about it isnt illegal. What it is is annoying to other members. Is it tiring to see people ask where to get a plugin only for the creator to say its public? Yes. But despite all that we do allow those to be shared here. Not to mention many other servers are very lax about sharing pictures of plugins that will remain private since those servers mainly revolve around that. If a creator chooses to keep their plugins, you should respect that. Dont go around singling them out over a private plugin comment.
