I extracted the model with RenderDoc (Maps Models Importer on github) from there it's pretty straight forward, cleaned up the surroundings I didn't need, aligned with blender's viewport grid and angled the sun to lit the left side and leave in shadow the right. To make it pixely I use piskel on browser.

I would also add, the angle is 45 horizontal, 30 vertical.. with ctrl+alt+num.zero you can snap the camera to your pov, so I would first center the view on the mesh (dot "."), num.1, then num.6/4 three times and num.8 twice; After that you just zoom or shift the camera so the building is fully to the edges of the render.
