well for starters look at the grass in theotown and try to recreate that in yours

Add some variation with the colors. Don't have huge swaths of the same color

Your roof is only one color of white for example

If you look at buildings in real life there are hardly any buildings that have a solid color that doesn't have any variation. Shadows, grime, dust, mechanical details, and fading makes the building have more variation in color.

There would realistically be some vents in the top of the roof of the house for plumbing.

Each plumbing stack at (least in the US) needs to be tied into a vent to prevent the p traps from being sucked out.

(there are exceptions, but more often than not, they stick out the roof)

Mechanical things like ACs and debris like leaves are common for flat roofs

There is a lot of detail possibility in a small building, and its those tiny details that make your art interesting to look at.

The house is pretty small, so keep it small. Sometimes the AC is on the ground and the refrigerant pipes come in from the wall, so it's not necessary to add it. Although things like pipes would definitely be there
