The problem is not criticizing, but not knowing how or when to criticize.
It's one thing to do constructive criticism that has a solid foundation and whose message is well delivered but without sounding rude, basically being straight to the point but being polite too. Now, it's a totally different situation when you make a joke that sounds like you're saying that the person's plugin is useless and the person themselves doesn't know what the fuc they're doing.
It's also important to know when to criticize and who to criticize: your criticism would serve RockFort more and if he asked for criticism since it's more about his work, not for Chipper who is already a well-known plugin creator that makes high quality content but that has nothing to do with the fact that most RockFort plugins don't have night animations.

I'm sorry, but you just joined togheter in-game textures into one building. A plugin is making your own building from scratch. You are supposed to use a pixel art making app and draw a building (or tree, or car, or whatever)

well I see what I meant, for example when a beginner does not put noise or he makes oversized buildings
but that doesn't stop experienced creators from being famous with these problems anywayand that when I make the remark it's easily ignored or hated, but here it is, I'm just going to stop making the remark because it's just annoying for you, me and others,

You can use in-game textures for inspiration, and can actually use the in-game decal and props on your buildings. But using the in-game buildings to create another building is not making a plugin

Criticism is good in most cases, but it should be constructive criticism. Some people like it, some dont. The way you criticize can make or break how people think of you. Its wise to carfully choose your words when commenting on someone elses work. You don't want to insult it, because they put a lot of hard work and effort into it. It is also good idea to think this befoee posting; "What if i was the one who spend hours/days making this and someone said this to me?". If youre unsure whether to say something, you can always ask the creator if they are open to feedback.

I mean, you're not wrong either. Still, everyone has feelings even the experienced ones, and sometimes they are just tired or don't wanna do something else on their plugin at all. Still, both sides should take it easy and politely: the one making the criticism and the one recieving it. I try to read and awnser every criticism message I get in the best way I can.

I appreciate your opinion and I will try to do better than what I tried to do and that was rejected (it was a probe made with a pixel art of mine but it did not match the texture of the game)

There are some tutorials on the pinned messages of this server and you could start by creating something small and not complicated, like a small 1x1 house

Yeah theres a lot in terms of texture to get it approved lol. You can always ask some experinced plug in creaters for help or watch some youtube videos

Try seeing what the in-game textures looks like and what other plugin creators does in their creations. Taking inspiration from others are always a good way to learn as long as you don't directly steal, copy or do something too close to what they've made

Yes I made that Binley Mega Chippy building a while ago in like 20 minutes or something. I didn't think it was good enough to put it on the plugin store and the meme kind of died so I never uploaded it anywhere.

The Dutch homes I have two of them finished at the moment but those where for a project that I have abandoned for lack of motivation. But I'll post those two on the forum tomorrow.

Those new NYC buildings will probably for an update for my 'various USA Buildings pack' but I want to fix/add a couple of things more to that plugin before I'll post it. I might also upload them as part of a new plugin I'm working on. So in short I don't know what I want to do with them yet but I'll put them on the forum tomorrow for now since multiple people here have asked for them

I have abandoned the Rijksmuseum and roads for now, lost motivation for it. I have a lot going on in my life right now and have limited time to work on plugins and I rather work on something I enjoy. I just didn't enjoy making the graphics for all those different roads and the code for the one lane roads was really difficult and glitchy. Also the Rijksmuseum became way to big, I would probably have to put it on a 15x15 tile which is kind of ridiculous
