The reason for being stuck at the blue flower loading screen is because you may have to many plugins. Remember when I deleted theotown and re installed it the loading screen would work with almost everything saved accept for settings,regions,and creative lands that you made earlier. Including plugins they would all have ben deleted and now you probably have to get them all back. As soon as you get them all back theotown becomes frozen at the blue flower loading screen again the next time you try to load up the game.
