This ain't a bug or crash but this new update just nerfed the national highway. I use this road alot and now i can't make a four-way with this road anymore. I have try everything in my power to make a four-way road but the road just can't. I don't know why but my city traffic is ruined and i don't wait to rebuild all of it because i used this road on every city i have. Plz help

This function has a poor calculation for a building that needs resources like power right after it finished building it returns true and it takes time before 'needs power/road etc' icon came out.
