Sorry for that last suggestion, but i come here with other ideas. First one is Media category icon update. Because we have 4 media types, Energy, water, waste disposal and burial category, but on icon there are only 3 of them, so it need update. 2nd one is adding into game more road decorations, because actual count of them is small. It can be some kind of signs, bridge decorations, and other. The last one is water transport in game, like: Ferries, ships and other. In game we have only 2 water vehicles types what are Freighters and sailboats, so that's why game needs improve of water transport. That's all.

add attractions that will generate income and when you build a functional airport their income will increase but you need proper transportation services to make it work. By doing this you can now unlock the tourist zone which will attract more tourists to the zoned area causing your transportation services to head into this zone which will boost the commercial zones within the vicinity of the area but it will only increase if the attractions in the zone have a high popularity percentage (this will determine the number of people coming in the area). The downside of this is that traffic jams will be common and other transportation will be full so you can limit the number of people coming into the area but this will affect its popularity percentage but you can just create more roads and none-road transportation like trains or boats (it's just invisible routes in the water hopefully it make sense). The other way to boost the attraction is by making hotels so they will have a unique use in the commercial or residential section.

I suggest to make radio towers, it only connects to one specific radio station that you can configure in its settings, but connecting it, will cost 55% of the radio tower's cost, it can only connect to one radio station, the radio tower has a radius that is the same as the radio station radius, it should cost 90% of the radio station's current price(price increases per build of it right?), if the radio station's price goes up, the radio tower's price also goes up. To stop the abuse of radio towers, only ONE radio tower IS ALLOWED per radio station, a radio station cannot be connected to two radio towers. The radio tower can only connect to a radio station if the radio station is at maximum 75 blocks away from the radio tower. Radio tower's objective is to stop putting too many radio stations that will make a city "ugly", and to reduce expenses, and avoid radio station spamming in areas.

People talk about adding a District feature sinilar to Cities Skyline but I think a more detailed suggestion is needed, so here it is.
The District feature should have its own type of map layer, it should be somewhat similar to how you make zones. It should have the ability to tell the player of how many people, buildings, average happiness and average lowest happiness demand, maybe even how many tiles are empty in the district and how many are filled and how much water and electricity it is taking.
For services I am not sure if the game can make it so that a service like police and firefighters will only serve their district, but I think it will cause issues so lets leave it.
"Open log file" option if the game crashes on mobile. Pressing the button would, obviously, open up log.txt. I believe this would save some time by not needing to go through file browsers to find the file, and would also help if the person doesn't know how to find the log file.

Don't know if this has been suggested before but, diagonal water pipes and power lines. I like to put my waterpipes under roads and power lines along roads, which is not possible to do when you have diagonal roads. (I am currently building on a diagonal island and this is really annoying.)
Diagonal roads seem to be buggy, as I keep experiencing cars randomly stopping, even though the road in-front of them is clear, could be the cause of the cars in the opposite direction being sideways. This needs to be fixed. (In the image I circled 3 groups of cars that got stuck with an empty road in-front of them, to show it visually, this keeps happening over and over again.)
That is limitation of how diagonal roads are implemented and I am afraid it will not be possible to fix.

[Forum suggestion} I think it would be really nice if we were able to write a comment to a moderator when submitting a plugin. Its frustrating that it only allows one way communication. A featire where we were able to add a note or comment to the plugin mods will allow us to explain certain thing we dont really want to write in the plugin description. For example; if someone had a certain release date in mind or if the plugin has a special feature you want to let them know about. While we are able to contact some of them on discord, this isnt the case for all of them so this is one feature Id really love to see.

Idk why underground roads/rails can't be used when there's a building or something on top of it. It doesn't really make sense, please change this it's really annoying.

My idea is that Theotown gets a UI update. As of now, the UI is functioning, but not pleasurable. The building category icons are not something to gaze at. I think the PC version should get its own set of icons that are desgined for PC. Or we should get the ability to make plugins that change the look of the UI. And the Font.

For the next event, I suggest to forbid any kind of non in-game shader or editing.
In fact, it can distort the perception of the voters on the details in the submission. Also, editing can hide details that could have an impact on voting, as a lack of work or just laziness. Finally, it handicaps other contestants who do not use any shaders or edits.
Special shaders are not available for everyone or have a price, and not everybody can afford these.
Let's remember that a shader makes beautiful a picture but it doesn't make better the content we really expect for.
In some of the last events (does not include plugin contest), submissions with special shaders won. But as the channel got removed for a moment, I cannot really prove that for the moment.
Second point: We can see the current voting, and some of them are disappointing, from our point of view of course. There is also a huge difference between the reactions of the community and the reactions of the voters. The voting assembly seems to be restricted and not representative of the thoughts of the members. It would be, in fact, disappointing for many people to see results that are not what they really expected for. For more diversity in votes, we can suggest to vote for a bunch of people to be representatives of the 40k? members in the voting (like in a typical democracy).
This is not a phase of jealousy, but just disappointment.
I'm not the only one who is thinking that. I just had the courage to say it.
We're just asking for a bit of changes in the way of compete, but also equality in all submissions, the equality of using the only thing everybody can have: Theotown.
As I said: I suggest this for the next event. Let's continue this one normally and as it should be done.

Suggest to add a layer of map to visualize metro, that can just select to view without being building the tunnel. Also add metro train and route, so that on this layer can plan metro route, and also see metro train running, maybe also with info on how many people waiting in stage
A tag that will add/remove road flags for each parcel of the road tile, works smth like "parcel speed" or "dirs"

Quite self explanatory but i simply suggest that to make a new type of pipe,which is not an underground one but an overground one.
There's a limitation how water providing is calculated. It's limited to underground pipes only. We'd have to do a lot of refactoring. Alternatively, you could try placing an underground pipe under every 'fake' overground pipe. That would still work.
Support for water tiles at different elevations. Unsure about how viable this is due to how terrain is implemented currently, but I can dream.
Ability to designate fault lines and other fun geological features.
The former is already possible using experimental features. Sloping the water is not.
Advanced region creation: include the ability to control the biomes that will be present on the terrain, add the ability to choose the trees the game will use for forested areas, the decals that will be used as land decal to replace the vanilla ones, modify by hand the size of the region (and not by the intermediate of presets). And also put the possibility to configure even more advanced stuff, like min/max hill level, hill level threshold (like, the huger the value the more there will be elevation on the terrain), the water/land threshold (the huger the value, the more there will be land and the less there will be water)... And all of this inside a separate section (that would be enabled on experimental settings) of the default region creator so that beginners can still use the default one if it's too hard to use.

This is a server suggestion, create separate servers for Spanish and Russian TheoTown communities, these are some of the biggest non English speaker on TT, its harder for them to get help in official server and also the fact they are restricted to a single channel for every other language in the world is ridiculous when alot of the player base is Spanish and Russian.
Maybe find some people fluent in these languages to run these official Spanish and Russian servers, they just won't be able to make game suggestions or be able to get support from drvs, but rather community experts.

Basically like a rule system,you need a town hall to make policies. There will be a lot of suggestions (policies) will come when we check the town hall. Each policies give positive and negative effects,like :

What i mean by that is that you should not be able to just dig forever with the earthmass you excavated going nowhere. Possibility to make the routes for ships. The mayor builds invisible roads on the water. So that the spawned ships go by the roads. And u can make a kind of bus stops, so that u could design a route for a fishing trawler for example or a ferry or any other ship. It seems not hard to do for the dev since he just has to repeat what’s already done for cars and buses but on the water. Just make the roads visible only in Edit mode. And it would give a new life to maritime game possibilities. Like a sensible vessel traffic in channels, ports and different industries. Ud just bring a lot of sense into the water space.

I have a few QoL changes that I think would make the plugin store much more usable:
Show original upload and last updated date either on the list card or the details page
Allow searching inside current category/installed plugins
Allow searching by building name (I have several plugins I'd like to remove if I could find what added a specific building)
Add optional fields that can be shown in the description: Number of items, rotation aware, night lights, etc.

I would like the use of emergency services to give more life to the city, I will try to explain as best I can:
My idea would be that some building either residential, commercial or industrial may need some service without the player having to intervene and call them to that location or they are already covered by the area of influence of each of those buildings
An example situation is that a residential building (of random density) calls an ambulance and only the hospitals or health buildings that cover the area of that building (or the nearest health building in case it is not covered) send their ambulances to that building (not all ambulances on the map) and once they arrive at the destination and stop at the building for a few seconds, they return to their normal routes.
In case of not being attended by the health services in that case (The ambulances can not arrive in time or directly can not do it), the happiness of that building could drop for a few days or some other penalty (All this happens automatically, without the player having to intervene for the building to call the services or direct the services there as it would normally do in case there is as would the catastrophe of disease)
This kind of situation could only happen with police or health buildings, since with firefighters it would be much less logical that the building loses happiness if it is not reached in time because it is burning and the most logical thing in that situation is to lose the building instead of lowering its happiness, which is already more harmful and direct for the economy or inhabitants of the player's city (Assuming that some building with many inhabitants or a large commercial/industrial building burns)
This could perhaps be considered as a mechanic that affects the player's game, then maybe it could be configured whether or not to activate it in the players game (?. Maybe it's a mechanically complex idea for what it is, but I'll at least try to say it haha

Make the bus interface have an option where you have an overview of where all bus routes go to so that we can see where bus routes needs improvment
Please stop vehicles switching lanes everytime where there's a road intersection . An example of this is when a lorry in my map kept switching lanes on my expressways from the merging roads nearby .

hello, as you can see in the image, in my last game of theotown on the initial map (the map where you start the game) I had removed the state road that was there, and had placed a landfill in the drawn location. after I left the game and came to play today, this state road that I had previously removed completely took out my landfill and I lost money on it. I suggest you remove this mechanic from the game, as it limited my map because of this useless state road.

I just noticed that Theotown doesn't really have basic traffic logic, most especially induced demand. Since the new transportation update is coming up, I'd recommend some good suggestions (in my opinion, of course, this is subjective):
Public Transportation measure (like some sort of points system based on how much your population has access to public transport), the lower, the lower your happiness (might impact economic development)
As said, lower public transport will increase demands for cars. More cars = more traffic = more roads needed (most human response to traffic)
Induced demand, as more roads or lanes are provided, so will the amount of vehicles. More lanes = more traffic (I'm sorry Houston)
Places with lots of traffic will have noise pollution, maybe add in air pollution too..
Places with lots of traffic will suffer, these won't advance from T to TT or T to TTT or vice versa due to goods in-game won't be able to reach them.
More traffic will increase costs for roads, taking into account for maintenance.
Of course what i've just said probably won't tick into a lot of you, I'd expect a lot of people to hate this idea since Theotown is just a small game in comparison to what I'm suggesting. But again, these are some suggestions I like that probably fits into the upcoming transportation update, and could really help people get immersed into the gameplay (adds a whole new layer of realism too).
I feel like if we are able to build realistic cities, according to aesthetics and how it looks, we also should be able to design a functioning transportation system that works, just for them (iykyk) 😄
City-specific settings. For example: I only want to have set night mode or choose a shader for some certain cities and not the entire game.
Of course not all settings would be choosable, only certain gameplay and graphics settings, like traffic volume, night mode, shaders, etc. It wouldn't really make sense to have experimental features turned on for one city, would it?

Hi, I am currently frustrated at the lack of an elevation system when building elevated train tracks or pavements.
After the update of biome, there seemed to be more elevation differences on a new map so why not make an elevation change for building let's say, pavements available too?
From my point of view, I really think it's time to update roads which can't elevate or go downwards to be able to do so.

I love how the light casts realistically on the road. This makes the truck realistic and beautiful.
It is sad however, that many other vehicles do not have such night lighting such as
Vanilla buses, they don't have interior and exterior lighting.
Cars, they do have night animation but no light cast on road like the image.
All I suggest is to slowly add light casting on vehicles, firstly the buses of course since they don't have it at all .
For airports, i think on one runway there should atleast be multiple planes on it. Obviously they'd take off at different times and land at different times (seperately) BUT: it's boring and uses too much space having one plane per runway. (also makes it look ugly)

You could add an era of war where we can activate whenever we want and use various weapons and bombs with lots of explosions and chaos, where we can create war between two areas or two neighborhoods
You could have new zones like an educational zone, marine ecosystem zone, terrestrial ecosystem zone, and you could have news about your city like new things or demolitions
It would be so helpful of atleast in the experimental features we could see the plugin name in the discription of the buildings to identify which plugin is something from.

More Interaction in online regions.
We should be able to collab more in our online regions such as exchanging power and water between eachother.
We could also have the ability to get loans from one other and the person acquiring the loan has to pay it back.
We could also have road connections between our cities. This could work by a player attempting a connection and then it sends a request to the other player showing the other player where they want the road connection. The other player can then accept or deny the connections (this could work for the water and power connections too). Outside Road connections can also be removed at anytime from your own plot if you had accidentally accepted a road connection and don't want it there anymore.
This road connection concept could work the same with trains as well.
This would make it much cooler to use online regions and would allow players to interact more.

For android 11 and higher: add a "theotown files" folder in the main directory (/storage/emulated/0/) so that we can install local plugins and manage TT files from a third party file manager as Android/data/ and Android/obb are blocked by the system

E.g. you can have 2 same buildings in a small region, e.g. any circle/square that radius is 10 tile e.g., but it will not allow 3 same in small region like 10 radius circle/square. Can even make that parameter customizable by user.
And to apply that algo, either can be whole region, or could apply like a zone tool, only apply to the zone drawn (whole region prob is easer)
Finally, this algo of course only work on building that is auto built/not fixed/not manual.

Another way of control repetition in zoning. When it start to build same building, it must be based on certain metrics, maybe like number of habitant per tile etc (just an example), then it choose the best one to build (or that metrics is much higher than any randomness in the code).
So one of the way to control repetition or more random, is to bucketing that metrics, so that several building, although they have different actual number of habitant per tile data, but when come to zone build decision, that metrics is same across at least several building
You can e.g. if that metrics range from 1 to 100 for all the building, then you put 5 bucket, building that is 1-20 share same number of that metrics when decide build, and building that is 21-40 share same number, so on. So the bucket is auto decided, but bucket number range need to be tuned to optimize the result of repetition-control/randomness.
This function also could be a feature/option to toggle on, in case people don’t want it.
I think this should be quite viable in code, and can help a lot to control repetition, thank you!

When I played the game a few years ago, I remember that what was sticking out of the baseplate was shown. Especially the bows of a ship plugin.
After an update I don't remember when, well all the bows were not shown anymore, so it was quite annoying because the plugin was broken and the creator who had already left I think, found himself with his work ruined somehow.
A few years laters, well it's still the same, what is sticking out of the baseplate will be "erased", for example if I code this plane the nose and the wing on the left will not be shown.
I know that there are tricks to code for example this big plane or something else on a 1*1 tile, that's what Sou did, but that's not the answer I'm looking for, but if my suggestion to make what is sticking out of the baseplate be shown as before is not taken into account too much I guess I should rely on this technique.

I know there is a plugin for this, but the ability to route trains like buses. The plugin gives you a list of trains to choose from, and you can route them. However, they can reset after a while. My idea is that you build some sort of depot in a yard type area, and it acts like the bus depot, you have rails, and various train stations (stops) and you can route different coloured train lines in different routes. This would make it possible to have more trains, without having them despawn at a random station, or have the routes reset. The plugin is great, however I feel like this would be a very useful base game feature to work with
automatic hill textures, like it's generated automatically on the hills, why? Because it's so expensive to put on asphalt manually on the hills I rather just have it already generated in with the hills so I don't have to spend million of theons just for texturing the hills it's annoying! Especially in career mode, please.

Transit has fees. Transit should be able to have adjustable fees. The transit fees could be distance based such as in Singapore (incrementley adds theons on each passing station/stop) or flat fees such as in New York (Pay once, only need to buy a new ticket after you get off to your stop/station). Adjusting fees could range from 1-10 theons (like with tollbooths) and this also affects ridership. For example, if your city is mostly poor and a fare ticket for a bus is 10 theons, less poor people will ride the bus and use the car. A command system for within a city. Similar to how Minecraft has it. Now this could be something that can be developed over time, and changed. But it wouldn't hurt to try it out. For example, if you wanted to mass place a road deco (ex a certain light on every road of a specifc kind) you can do something like "place:theo_traffic.light [effect:theo_country.road 10/10" the 10/10 represents for example this command you would select a tile, and it would place the street lights on every tile including a country road withing a 10x10 radius. Another thing that could be a command for example "game:restart" or even setting changes like "effect:winter false/auto/true" "effect:weather false/true" or even a command to download plugins from your deleted list (Could come in handy for if someone gets a new device, and logs in but has to download every plugin again, there can be a command that downloads them all like "install:pack_plugin all" or something like that. It would be useful, but at the same time it would take a heck of a lot of coding...

One police station can have up to 3 districts to set up for that station to patrol, this feature could help for players who want the police to stay in the city area and not have the entire police department responding to one call. my suggestion is for the use of neighborhood commercials in online mode. Being able to friendly trade (anyone can make the trade) or a request/accept trade of utilities in the neighborhood commercials stats. I bought a big 40mi square, or the largest online region. I have my family on that same region. Our problem is that our connected cities, including utilities isn't showing up in the neighborhood commercials. We are trying to build cities that depend on outside sources from another box within the grid region.

Improve the mechanics of cars.
One mechanic that needs to be improved in cars is the system when they are driving on a one-way street at an intersection: if a certain car wants to enter the left street and is on a one-way street, it goes to the left lane a little before entering that street (just like in real life).
This simple mechanic could help a lot with the game's traffic, because I see a lot of congestion from a certain car that is going to enter a certain street (in the case of the left street) and they are in the right lane.

There should be a way to see unemployment rates and how many people are like homeless and stuff. The higher percentage of unemployment would make a bad city rating. There should be a city rating which updates once a year in the game which is out of 100.
I think it would be cool to have the management function be like some sort of transportation buff. I've noticed it seems like traffic-based buildings give management e.g road plows and road authority, so maybe management can make it so there are less cars/cars go faster? Idk just some thoughts on giving management a purpose.

hello mister developer can i have a single question. Why Lua's I/O BLOCKED in the game, when it already got approving system for plugins? If you caring about mods' pcs, you want to tell me that they dont check the plugin's file before opening and using it? I/O access would give some people who know how to code some great abilities, like automatic cities creation, dynamic drafts adding etc. But its blocked. Why cant you just let people use it? Plugins are getting approved before using, mods pcs cant be hurt while plugin isnt used if it got bad software. So what the denial reason then? (suggestion in the fact to allow access to I/O, but actually only in the game's files or only in plugin's files)
The ability to add different heights by using colour coded squares. This can be used to automatically generate the entire region up by a certain amount of levels that way it doesnt have to be done manually

adding my part to rtobby suggestion, it would be really cool to have an ability to create weathers using plugin system (JSON, literally), as example as made in Mindustry (User's sprite + Parameters for weather), and as addition some weather control features for LUA API, such as calling weather by draft, disabling auto-weather (to make custom weather seasons possible for example), and ending current weather, that's will be more that enough.

I know what this game need or at least needs to be. It should be a sanctuary away from the bittersweetness of real life changes that strongly effect our childhood homes and towns. The towns and biomes should be what we make them, recreate the homes and suburbs and towns that we loved as children, like the house my recently departed grandad built that I spent most of my childhood. It should also make the Fictional Characters in the game feel at home. I hope this message reaches out to everyone and I don't know how you could make this happen in the game. But it's a thought.

The road name plugin is cool but it’s distorted when turning the screen so I’m not a fan of it but I want a way to make road names in vanilla or have the game auto generate some like Jamestown avenue or Parkfield Road and you can set the length of the road name or when it reaches an intersection or a T intersection or a roundabout etc etc and this just gives it more realism and people would try to rename every road if they built like NYC but I think this should be taken into consideration because I also love the road name plugin but it’s too big to fit on smaller roads unlike if the feature was added into vanilla which could have an option to toggle roads on and off instead.
Auto-Zoning sucks, so here is my opinion on how to improve it.
•Allow us to customize what and how the zoning spawns.

Additional settings for vanilla zones (vanilla only) like only vanila buildings, meaning no buildings from plugins will be built automatically. Maybe some fixes in auto build as well, in a way that the auto build does not build the same building side-by-side for 19821927272732 times. Now, I am aware that there is a certain plugin that allows me to toggle which building i don't want to be built automatically but that is a bit excessive (and time consuming to use)
On forum you can create your own background and there will also be a background chosen by best image on forum for background if you enable option
A mixed-use zone (this is a detailed suggestion), it will have both residencial and comercial characteristics, it will unlock at rank 6 or 7, and it will generate slightly more traffic than other zones, so you have to put it on main avenues or zones with good public transport accessibility (so you can't use it for cheat or farming) it will cover both high and low density residential, and mostly low density commercial, it will have more necessity for public transport, parks and culture. It will be great for making detailed and realistic downtowns, and can be a great addition for the game.
Add a wiki tab in the theotown forum, there is like 3 wikis, having one in the forums will make easy add things like information, image and translations. What do you think?
Elevated train update
Add diagonal sprites for buses, trains and trucks.
Make the scrolling UI functional (For: plugin store, building menu, etc (anything that has scrolling function in it i guess))
What if you can see all your bus routes in the map
Rainforest and Jungle Trees include Rainforest and Jungle ambience.
Try adding citizens who protest and riot when they get angry in sandbox mode but they do it themselves.
Food Supply Chains, so that farms and the working class have more uses, I just realized that most of my citizens are rich and don't want to do agriculture, I wonder if Tier 3 for farms is also possible?
Suggestion about the (C)commercial and (I)industrial.
You know C&I only provide as work place for resident and them pay tax. But is lack of feature, i thinking that C&I can sell goods and make profit for you(work under you). To make thing balance, only tier 3 of C&I can work under you and sell good(international) while tier 2 & 1 is work at the own, not working for you.. Trade system can be update with this good selling by selling goods to your neighbour city (and region? Will be cool). Farm and harbour also include in commercial & industrial so not only C&I be update.

When its winter the the water turns into ice and the cargo ships on the ports dont appear anymore. I feel like this will make the game more immersive.
Suggestions: → Hotels where you can set the price per person and have specific factors for more guests. → Actual parking lots where cars can park and they actully drive around it and on it to find a parking lot.
More detailed tutorial
As most people will agree, theotown is a straightforward game; power and water before zoning, residential near commercial and industrial far away. But it turns out many people who have non role/settler don’t possess something called common sense
Questions such as “what is transportation” or “what does a fire station do?” Are so obvious yet it’s only realised after someone says it.
I don’t think this is at the fault of the player because the inability to show half of the features that theotown has to offer is shockingly bad. The problem is that the game never really promotes transit (shown from highway network in Theonia starting map), what basic services do and how to handle a disaster. This is because of the insufficient tutorial and the fact the game basically just abandons you right after zoning.
I think that for once we need a complete tutorial so we have competent people who can play the game. Some features I think the new tutorial (if even made) should include would be:
-bus routes
-trash management
-death care
-basic services (hospital, education, police, firefighters)
-trains (because cool)
-adjusting taxes
I think that this will make our tutorial newcomers have a better understanding of the game and not “do I add 50 lanes with tolls to improve transit happiness?” Or “why are residents angry that I put massive polluting factories right next to their house?”
Better Theotown bus route making
As all people know, theotown is horrible at making logical bus routes. Whether it's edge of town to edge of town and then reaching the centre or something alike, we all know the routes the algorithm that makes bus routes are horrible. Take firgure A, the route was generated to only use 3 bus stops when there were multiple bus stops. Why? I have no idea. Now look at figure B 40, 19, 5 are all a block away. This means that the average theotown pedestrian would be walking faster than the average inhabitant on the bus going from stop 5 to stop 40. This is very inefficient as a bus route should be a continuous route from point A to point B not a blind guess of luck and chance that it will eventually get to the specified location.
Experimental feature to support multiple terrain pieces
So in Theotown each square pixel tile can only support a single decal. Whether that is grass, advanced roads or the diagonal railway tracks, you can only put one decal on each tile. I propose to now allow up to 5 decals per tile. Why 5 and not 2 because that’ll probably suffice? I don’t know but someone might want 5 decals someday. I hope you take my suggestion in consideration and thank you for reading all of this.
Add two road decorations as medians, one for a guardrail (like the fence) and one for a concrete wall, when placed they act like a fence but in the middle of the road, usefull for seperating expressways especially

Cars are not allowed to make U-Turns at intersections. Because many cars make U-turns which cause many traffic jams in my cities

Tutorial overhaul. Instead of having the very basic tutorial on an empty plot of land that is Stuckenborstel, what if we get an entire small region entirely dedicated to tutorial, with an empty city teaching the basics, some small pre-built city teaching how to use services, and another teaching waste and death management, and a small pre-built town that teaches finances, implied that you barely have any cash there, and another pre-built city with low transit happiness, as well as various pre-built cities that teach other elements of the game, such as how to get rid of pollution, how to make your citizens happy, and the like.
in Sandbox, make all building(Residence, Industry and etc) is "automaticly" fill with of people so you doesn't need to wait for demand in order to make it full.

Add the stock market
I have a suggestion. When you connect a road to another city, you can see it connect in the other city, but could the same thing be done for water and hills?
Lua drawing script function which will be called before the city is drawn so its possible to draw things behind the buildings and map
An ability to check the amount of police officers and cars in your city to see if you need more police officers and cars.
Add Native Touch Support to the Steam version of the game. This is helpful, because it allows Steam Deck and other touchscreen PC’s to interact with the game’s interface. (Since the interface itself is mobile-oriented).
Currently, there is no native support. Enabling it in SD controller support yields no reaction when touching the screen. This will make using the Steam version on the game on touchscreens much easier and should be very easy to do

I think the world height needs to be increases or a new mountain boime be made. The current world height is very limiting when I want to create huge beautiful mountain ranges in my world.
Reasons why should it be done:

Simple to implement and can be done fast. (just Increase the world height)
Make the game look more beautiful .
How it can be implemented:
Just Increase the world height in general.
Make it so world height can be Increased in settings .
Just imagine these pictures in theotown the road winding through them.
Trucks and buses should always stay in the right lane on highways and major roads unless they plan to turn left. This allows faster vehicles in the left lane to pass them, which helps improve overall traffic flow.
