The Oreo Shaders already has the sun rays, just like the standalone Sun Helios plugin. If you have both of them enabled, the sun rays overlay each other, making it so bright. Even the creator of the Oreo Shaders plugin said to disable the sun rays from the Sun Helios plugin if using the shader.

That's why it's a big FLASHBANG during sunrise/sunset and especially daytime because that's where the sun rays are its brightest.

and this is the first time this city has hit an all-time low happiness of 20% and below, which my corrupted government themed cities could not even reach.

HOW DID I MANAGE TO MESS THIS UP SO BADLY. I just placed a tollbooth on one of the most traffic-heavy roads, and suddenly the transportation happiness hit very low, too fast. in the game's debug mode settings, i have the traffic volume set to the highest setting (64x)
