I need opinions. I was thinking of building a hotel complex with a private beach area in the red zone, but I'm not sure if it would be better to remove the beach and parking and build an industrial park instead (I think that would be more in keeping with the suburban area). Another idea I had was to create a state administration office area, all enclosed by fences like the ones in the photo. What do you think?
