nope they do not send supplies to launch station if you put it somewhere. you need to put it on industrial zone so it works otherwise it won't.

Yeah, they've started sending trucks again, i was confused why those trucks went there the first time i built them, but it stopped eventually, i guess there's a maximum amount of supplies to the launch station
