I guess you mixed brazilian residential/commercial buildings with american suburbian homes, which are totally different in context. And the separation between commercial/residential area is not clear. Also, the neocolonial hospital is a, well, neocolonial building which doesn't match with the city's aesthetic.

In case of doubt wheter to use an old city inspired hospital or a modern city hospital, I recommend the ''Maria Theresa Hospital" plugin.

It is easer to fit this hospital with whatever city you have instead of the game's own hospitals.
