I've called an ambulance to save habitants there. And there is small helicopter ambulance responding. It came from Southwest and smoothly turn 45° Left in a 60 FPS, 3d motion.
After that respond, my pedestrian POV is near Hospital in a near building 3rd floor, a Helicopter ambulance land on a 4x4 Hospital (according on my dream earlier). Its Rotor blades is long, and occupied whole 4x4 space of building. Whole top floor covered with helipad

The only thing that does connect the residential road and the grid is a train station.
