Pretty regular town, but don't put everything on top of each other. Don't make all your roads 2 way because it takes up a bit of space and Theotown Traffic AI is not good so it thinks there are 4 junctions instead of one. Which will make traffic bad. For bus you need to build a bus depot and then put individual bus stops around your city. Then you will tap on your bus depot and unlock a new bus. It should route the busses automatically for you.

Basically what you did was put 2 roads next to each other to try and reduce traffic. You did this so you could upgrade them to two opposite facing 1 way roads. But when two of these roads meet at an intersection it makes Theotown traffic confused (they are not really bright). Basically they think there's 4 intersections when two crossroads cross.
