One thing you should take note when it comes to road hierarchy, Choggoba's overpass is always on top and you would have to use PH road(or any road) before you use the overpass road

There's a way I use to prevent it, you delete the one wrong, fix it with the other parallel road, and use the invisible road to link the road to overpass

If you build a runway it will make a zone around it (airport zone)

If you don't like it then use the zone removal tool or go to settings and turn off "draw zone"
