If you guys don’t know about this, you can possibly get buildings with higher density if you have an area with roads surrounded at around 7x7 and there is a chance of a huge building appearing onto your map. I normally only build with roads at a width of only 4 squares but that was a bad idea because other high density buildings wouldn’t be able to fit. Wow.
