To me this works best:

1. Keep them far from residential and commercial. You can put it near a industrial site but wouldn't recommend it.
2. Use their own road.
3. Build and upgrade all buildings first.
4. Build a fire station. (3 & 4 are switchable)
5. Build launcher away from buildings.
6. Using their road put three on each side for a total of twelve.
7. Manually drop fuel tanks which can be found in TTT industrial folder. Do six. Add fuel tanks if you want.

This works great if you're in sandbox cause this method will be costly if you are playing a game. If you are playing a game then the only suggestion is after you have everything completed just keep fast forwarding. I hope this helps@sonic lodge.

BTW, all you need are just the buildings. The trees cutters and the drills you don't need. Where you have all those drills you could drop a fuel tank right there. Also, change over to the DSA road cause it's faster than the other roads. Remember, DSA can be self sustaining like NASA. The only thing I highly suggest is a fire station. You don't need police.

Suburbs and downtown dont mix well with me, im more of a mega-city player, but for industrial districts you would probably wanna place them far (but not too far) from the city, also industrial districts tend to spawn alot more cars so if your building a highway or something like it, build the induatrial district somewhere near there to sort out the traffic.
