Once I had a ,,Zonex" random name, I didn't knew how to screenshot back then, so I can't provide you any info, but this also fits well because most of my cities are just attempts to fit in the most population (using vanilla residential buildings and only one plugin overall) in a small sized map

If you want to abuse expressways I have a few tips for you
- Consider doing this for connections between suburbs, islands, your mainland and industrial areas. This can significantly decrease traffic jams between your industrial areas and your residential/commercial areas.
- If you want to use expressways for deep urban connections you can stop thinking of bus stops, which is the key to solving traffic happiness.
- Expressways would increase the economic burden of your city by a lot. Consider using different types of traffic, such as railways (the big ones) and metros.
