My industrial district is only creating T and TT buildings where as my commercial and residential have all upgraded to mostly TTT. My question, is how do I get them to upgrade to rich status? Just had an interesting thing happened. First rocket to space didn't make it and came right down on my DSA center. I had the doors open on my silo causing (my guess) the middle to go off and took out nearly all of my map. If I had the doors to the silo closed would it prevent it from exploding if I have another rocket failure?
