Game suggestions: Residential, Commercial and Industrial needs on Services, parks, culture shouldn't depend on their radius of influence but their happiness will be based on the road connection and distance.

Transportation will increase that happiness to shorten the distance. I wanna create a city but the happiness mechanism keeps me from doing that because there is no certain services on that radius. I don't want to put two buildings in the same area. Especially the schools.

There needs to be a mechanism overhaul. A condition dependent on road connection, the distance of available services, parks etc in the area.

Happiness is decreased based on distance but not zero. If there's available transportation, the happiness increases.

The distance is measured not on the direct grid distance of the map but of the road. This will make road designs much more important.
