no, and due to the nature of changing plugins, i don't have rights to share it. if you modify stuff in game you can only use it privately as you use parts from other people. but i used the mast from a radio station that's i think vanilla, i increased it a little and i changed the red to blue because my city is a snow city where i try to use cold colors

and i put it on top of a commercial building that was symmetrical and changed that one from red to blue as well

well and then i made it a religious building, gave it a name and a description. for that you just write the json like any other plugin

what happened to me was, i build a couple buildings, one building is unpopular, for example i forgot to build a park next to it or something, some time later i see the building is empty, i fix the problem, the building does not fill up naturally again even though problem is fixed and demand is there. if i then destroy and rebuild the building it fills up immediately.
