The number next to the building name denotes the influence provided by the building. The buildings under the landmarks and awards are all vanilla. Landmarks costs diamonds to place (on mobile). The plugins in the image are only some plugins that provide cultural influence. You may be able to find many more on the plugin store.

So what exactly is different from the steam version of TheoTown compared to the mobile version?
I started playing right before Diamonds was introduced on the android version. From there I felt a bit turned off from playing the game because of this, and eventually purchased the steam version surprised to see no gems or ingame currency.

Now at that time I purchased the steam version, I had money to spare so my mindset changed from super little me to a bit older, yet still young little me with more money. And I was willing to toss a few bucks around for stuff.
I just started playing again a few weeks ago and noticed so much has changed, and I really am curious. What are exactly the differences between both versions?

PC: no in game currency, no build time, super slow mo and super fast mode.
mobile: diamonds for getting landmarks, to install plugins, certain expansion packs, uber mode etc. There is a build time and you can skip using diamonds or watching ads

A few questions:

How do you do highway offramps? I can't get them to go up or down an elevation. The ramps either go under the highway or are at the same level. I want them to look just like the ones that come "for free" on the city maps.

Is the space stuff worth the huge cost? You don't get it "for free" on sandbox mode because you have to make supplies. It takes forever to make supplies even if I build a whack of supply-prodicing industrial. The it always says "nothing found". Does it do anything other than unlock a non-polluting power plant?

And any good mods to make military bases more interesting? They don't seem to supply jobs (and barracks don't increase population?) and you don't really get many buildings in the stock game. And the missile launchers seem to have an awful lot of accidents.

I do think the dyson sphere and molecular water are worth it. I feel 1k supplies per minute isnt too hard in terms of raw numbers on a medium or large map, just need lots of 2 lane industrial roads with minimal corners, the pathfinding seems to get more stupid when theres thousands of cars. On my phone at least.
