Well, first of all this is not something for #town-square , it's more for #general . I don't know exactly about your case, but being general.

U can always avoid giving criticism, unless they literally ask for it, what you can give are recommendations or some advice, nothing like: "delete X thing", "it looks horrible", or "I'm the best and you should do what I say".

Recommendations are given with more empathy, and always taking into account that not everyone is going to do things the same as you.

For example, you can say, "Hey, it looks good, but if you want it to look better, I recommend changing X frame to this other one, which will make it look much better" or "I recommend changing the location of X to Y, that it would look much better there", always explaining in detail, and giving a solution or improvement with the feedback, and always as a recommendation/advice, never as the absolute truth.
