Tollbooth would be nice as maybe a ticket booth entering a theme park like a stadium or carnival or something. Edit the booth for only pedestrian vehicles. Maybe make one for pedestrian pathway as well and set a price like taxes where it won't affect happiness too much.

Advanced Road is good if you want to manually build all of your roads.

Well, they are mostly main avenues that connect to a highway, since "normally" it is where you connect all them (so that there is no traffic jam in single roads).
