The residential demand is high
You can see the green bar? Thats the demand
The higher it is the more residentials you need to zone
Once you zone the residentials the demand will die out and the demand for commercial or industrial will rise again

Normally when making intersections with two way roads like the country road, it auto places traffic lights. What you can do is press the button that shows up at the top right when placing roads that prevents a traffic light from being automatically placed.

You can also just manually tap on the intersection after building it, and remove the traffic light that way.

Hello guys and gals, I would like to ask what would happen if i did can not follow the demand in the end game of the city? My city is already filled with so many building and I cannot build anymore because I'm not using zone tool and I want to test myself some challenging although I am a newbie on the game.

My first time playing the game. I do not have any issue about the money and everything all goes smoothly under my plan but I don't want an automatic building from poor to rich ppl because I want to build a city using my imagination. lI want to test my creativity.

I only got an issue when I did not follow the demand and goes to negative demand and all my citizen went somewhere and the building goes darken. Also I have a lot of plugins around 550+ of them. Some building in zone would just pop up in an appropriate area. I mean some of building pack from plugin will be going to use in zone that is I don't want to happen. some packs like suburb zone and slum zone I like them but when the demand goes negative I got an issue like decreasing the population.

I have all the necessary service like hospital fire dept, police dept, school low and high.
