we score from open play now a days
they can go trhough
nah, you just don't score period
your point was that we only score from set pieces
no, my point was you struggle to score in open play, as we both saw in wembley
we scored at least 1 goal vs southampton and sporting in our last two matches
both from open play
both were away matches
2 goals is not an achievement đ
now we play at home
you created quite little vs sporting
2 goals across 2 games is considered poor for most teams đ
our attack was always crap but we can still score 2 goals at home against the likes of sporting
you scraped a lucky goal vs brighton and had no chances outside of that, everton game took you to the end to score, you're not scoring goals really, this isn't much of a debate
their defense is not that good
obviously you can, i'm not saying you can't
we scrapped a goal vs brighton and then defended like mad
everton game arteta made subs to create chances to score and we did
we score goals one way or the other
not many of them
it wouldn't be that shocking if sporting didn't concede at the emirates
or only conceded 1
and won 2-1
but 2 or 3 goals at home is something we can do
we had chances to score away at sporting
iam sure the home advantage will put pressure on sporting and we will actually score at the emirates due to that same advantage
also
we will keep a cleansheet
if we have our defensive players fit
i don't even think they'll go through, but it wouldn't be the craziest thing oat if they did
we'll see how you do vs bournemouth
it would be crazy given they lost at home and sporting aren't exactly a big club
and they would need to win away against the best defense in the UCL
its crazy to say they can win away
its sporting..not a big team like barca/PSG/madrid or even athletico
indeed..iam expecting a win there for us after getting that confidence lifting win away to sporting lets see
Easily Madrid, Theyre only 1 goal down, sporting is nowhere near arsenal, Barca 2-0 down and havent kept a clean sheet in 14 ucl games, and Liverpool are playing against a fully rested PSG squad thats 2-0 up 3 days after playing fulham
- Barca
- Madrid
- Sporting
- Liverpool
Canât have unc Lewy go out like this
Only Barcelona
Question 298
Which team do you admire more and find more impressive: the 2004 Arsenal "Invincibles" team or the 2008 Manchester United Premier League and Champions League double-winning team?
<@&1392052021108146207>
shit or shit
Arsenal
Man utd all day long
shit and mid
United
Varca
2024/25 madrid is better lowkey, shit teams mate
arsenal invincibles has always been overhated because of draws, it's an insane achievement
man u 2008
Which shit is better?
I have no say and you didnt ask me but ill voice my opinion anyway, you cant choose between equal shits since shit is shit, no shit is better regardless of smell or how clean it is due to it being SHIT.
Arsenal 2004âs achievement insane ngl
I think a better comparison is the treble winning United and invincibles Arsenal
United's squad imo is better but Arsenal's achievement is better
prefer not to say
2004 Arsenal
I don't know
Let's ask Sir Alex Ferguson himself, shall we?
There you go then
Weird argument too, 2004 Arsenal had one fewer win than 2008 United, we get hated for too many draws because we should have lost those games instead?
It's just an excuse to discredit it, despite the impressive part always being the 0 losses since it's so hard to do
Invincibles.
62 days to go for the world cup #11-days-to-go message
on one hand you have the invincibles..49 match unbeaten streak but on the other hand you have a man utd team that won the league title and the UCL.. i can't choose so its 50-50 for me
going undefeated is rare af so i have to tilt towards that if i have ever to
now if that was a treble then yeah i'd choose the treble
man utd

The 2008 Manchester united is simply awesome.
Dude touch grass.
"Varca" đ
man united
2008 United
2008 Man United no bias whatsoever!
Anything but Arsenal because they're garbage
2008 Manchester United.
08 United
Honestly, I highly rate the Arsenal invincibles run, being unbeaten for 38 straight games is an insane flex I donât think will be matched in the league
2026 Arsenal
is this even a question? I mean that 2008 united is sir alex apex team
2008 man united team
2004 Arsenal invincibles is better than Man United's double since it only happens once in a generation
08 united is obviously the better team
the achievement itself you could argue is less "impressive", cause it's more likely
i do remember 2008 UCL final..wasn't it the one where terry slipped?
chelsea totally bottled that pen shoot out
i would never forget that shit if i were a chelsea fan, would hurt more than anything else
and it was ronaldo who missed the pen at first
Arsenal bro
1999 Manchester United
08 United
2008 United imo but Arsenals 2004 run should never be overlooked, 38 games without losing is damn near impossible to beat, probably wonât see it ever again icl
United
Barca 2008 can beat them both
wasnât the question
arsenal
Both are buns

Question 301
Chelsea got battered by Manchester City yesterday at their home ground. Chelsea have struggled consistently since the change of ownership in 2022. How much do you think the new ownershipâs strategy of signing mostly very young players is to blame for this decline?

Blamed for hell

No veterans
caicedo is leaving for west ham and so is neymar
Maresca is actually decent and brings proper results instantly when we need them the most, but it's actually Blueco's fault. They're just incompetent at running this football club
Well the thing is, i do get the impression with such a young team, there's a lack of real leadership and experience at a club. Like who is there really to take players by the hand? Not to mention, the transfer policy seems to mainly be 'sign whoever seems young and talented enough'. You're just not getting there that way
Chelsea have key positions they need to improve in but won't for the forseeable future because it's just not the policy
Despicable ownership who haven't got a clue how the game works.
Maresca battered Luis Enrique's PSG and Flick's Barça. They should have given him all the tools to build the project.
All i know is that they got Ryan Cherkiâd
Fat Chelsea can't even win a single game even after stealing Strasbourg players! What a shame boooo!
It seems like one giant conjob, Chelsea's strategy isn't producing results and is losing more money than any of the top clubs in Europe
Yeah
Our French goat
Look, IDK who's actually deciding their policy, but it very much feels in line of the great tradition of 'just throw money at it, it'll work eventually'
I only care about city getting all the points they can for now
And I don't follow pl much
It feels like this is true it's just about the price tags but I have to question when it comes to scouting etc because I am not sering any proper development. Also only focusing on one age geoup here or even just Veterans causes a lack of balance in the squad which most successful squads I have seen have both, it's important to have the veterans or just more experienced players generally to mentor the younger ones.
100% to blame
Esteass greatest example
@ionic cliff
@tribal turtle
@thick dune
The game we played today.
đ„đ„
History has been made
Banned @random mauve.
wheyyyyy
Yeah that's what i wrote a bit earlier as well, the lack of veteran players brings a lack of real leadership and experience too. Like look at the squad, is there actually someone over 25 or so in there? Only one i can think of is Sanchez in goal and IDK if he's gonna be that mentor type person. And yeah i agree with your assessment, it seems to be about price tags more than anything else.
Nice Amy Winehouse pfp BTW, totally unrelated but very cool nonetheless to see
Wrong channel i think brotherđđđ
Yeah tbf when the only experienced one is in gosl I can't really expect them to bring their knowledge of the game to others who are going to be playing outfield, different worlds. I think it wouldn't hurt to have like at least 2-3 more experienced players even if its just a couple it could help.
Thanks, I am happy someone recognized the pfp đ€Ł by the way your name looks familiar I feel like I recall seeing you on a fifa site in the old days?
Question 302
Which coaches who never won the UEFA Champions League do you think deserved to lead their team to the trophy at least once in the competition?
<@&1392052021108146207>

Question 303
Diego Simeone has managed to take Atlético Madrid to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals again after a long wait of nine years. Atlético Madrid are one of the few remaining reputable and successful clubs in Europe yet to win the Champions League. Do you think they can finally do it this time, or are the other teams simply too strong, leaving them with very little chance?
<@&1392052021108146207>
no
Nah not this time!
I can see them getting to the final
But dont see them winning it
Bayern are gonna beat them if they both reach the final 100%
That will also be difficult
nope, they may beat arsenal but wont get past psg
nahhh
nuh uh
Nah
They can take out arsenal but bayern will be too much
Culers will hate me for this but I still want Atleti over Arsenal in the final
I'd be very surprised if the UCL winner is not from the PSG/Bayern/Madrid side of the bracket
57 Days to go for the World Cup #11-days-to-go message

arsenal , psg , bayern are too strong for them
Psg might win for the second time imo
iâd rather anyone but arsenal ngl
I hope that they verse arsenal in semis and arsenal LOSE please atletico
Perhaps? Maybe they can defeat Arsenal, but then they have to face a strong Bayern or PSG team... That's gonna be a real challenge for them
Sure why not

no
No
I predicted PSG to do the triple UCL win so

Maybe they can beat Arsenal considering how Arsenal have dropped form recently but winning it all? Nah
Were they strong to qualify for sf or got there with refs mistakes is the REAL question
Arteta js said he's on pure fire đ„
dont think so sadly
lowk they have a much better chance than ppl hold them to
Question 304
The first half of Bayern vs. Real Madrid was phenomenal, with both teams going for it. Do you think it was the best half of football this season?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Yes
Obviously
Yes
Both teams going for it from minute 1. This is football.
That I can remember, for sure. Electric football
Yes.
No doubt
Yes definitely
100% sadly we lost but it is what it is still mad at camavingas red tho
i think so but the red card spoiled the match
Yes
Yeah best half of the season but don't even wanna talk about it anymore vini and cama have just ruined my week
wallah it wasnât, it was a good half nowhere near the best tho
Enjoyed every second when it wasnt bayern with the ball
Yes

In the UCL, yes.
In the season, no.

0-3 down to 4-3 in the 2nd half
Barca vs atlti 2nd half in 2nd leg of uefa qf was better imo
yes
That half doesnt come close to this tbh
Itâs up there with Atletico vs Barcelona copa del Rey in February
Probably best in recent times. Not often we get teams just battling each other from minute 1

Yeah
yes
Question 305
Do you think footballers are overpaid?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Depends
not really
depends
depends
yes
depends
if the club has the money to pay huge wages to its players then i don't see the issue
Yes
Some of them are
however i will never understand how ppl playing in regional leagues are getting paid
If you look at it from a lens of social fairness yes
Economically no
Even economically idk how players like Havertz get paid 300k what global demand does he have
I would say yes but looking at nba players salaries , no
also it's not normal that a club playing in a certain league can pay their players 2/3/4 times more than the other clubs in the same league
depends
Heâs leng tbf
Depends
if youre talking about nicolas jackson yes, if youre talking about arda gĂŒler no
Ehhh yes, the higher league footballers deffo getting overpaid
what isnt expensive these days
no
otherwise youâd call every other entertainment job overpaying
Yes
In general no
Considering football brings in so much revenue
But in a lot of cases they are as well
But those are very specific & unique circumstances
No because there are tik tokers and youtubers making about the same as some top tier footballers.
It depends on how you look at it. Compared to essential workers like doctors, their pay feels astronomical and hard to justify. Football is a massive business. Players generate billions and have short careers, so they simply earn their market value.
55 Days to go for the world cup #11-days-to-go message
Some are, not all. Some people do really earn amounts of money that I make me go hmmmmm. But obviously, that's only a small group
Some sure but it depends
It matters actually tbh
Rashford yes and stegan
Depends
Hmm
Not at all they risk having some preety horrendous injuries often work extremely hard and entertain so many people
Sometimes but big clubs like city, madrid etc: they have the money so not a problem tbh
Yes
They have the most expensive boots, training equipment, training grounds, houses, food, drinks, furniture, objects, technology, etc, only to miss a fucking sitter from 2 yards out
Question 306
Arsenal and Manchester City clash tomorrow in a match that will most definitely have massive implications for the Premier League title race. The teams have been regularly locked in title battles, with growing animosity since the 2022â23 season. What is your view on the rivalry between these two clubs over the last four years? Do you think it has been an enjoyable and breathtaking rivalry, or rather dull and unenjoyable?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Very enjoyable rivalry
enjoyable
something in between
Its enjoyable obviously
A GREAT rivalry in my opinion
One sided af
Extremely dull, no fun in arsenal winning all the time
Somewhat enjoyable. City-Pool won't be topped though.
i find it unenjoyable if Arsenal wins.
it's fun
citypool was better
Gabriel/Saliba vs Haaland is the main thing about this rivalry
This is a very enjoyable rivalry from the 2 current best clubs in England.
Oil vs bottlers, who will win?
rather enjoyable
Very enjoyable
enjoyable but one-sided
Be fr arsenal will win
title decided this weekend imo
Its decent
But not close to or anything like city-pool was or united-arsenal in the 2000âs were
Don't really see it as a rivalry
Like it is with Spurs or Utd
the games have been enjoyable but i donât see it as a rivalry just two big teams against eachother
54 Days to go for the World Cup #11-days-to-go message
Didnât even realise there was a rivalry
itâs decent
the head to heads been sort of dull, but rivalry itself is cool
This season unenjoyable but 2023/2024 was enjoyable
I don't follow pl much but I think Liverpool and city have had more good rivalries?
Some of them are
I mean thing is they do well for a club then a big club signs them for like 200 billion euros thinking they'll perform the same but it just doesn't turn out as they expected ( in some cases)
It's always fun to play cat and mouse with someone
Yh
Question 307
Real Sociedad won their 4th Copa del Rey and 7th major trophy yesterday, defeating Atlético Madrid in the final after a penalty shootout. What do you think about the final and its impact on both clubs, now and in the future?
<@&1392052021108146207>
i didnt watch the game
Maybe yes
When el clasico final:
"Spanish league only has 2 teams. Boring."
When a midtable team play in final:
"Nobody interested watching a midtable team in final."
The final was intense and very balanced, ending with Real Sociedad winning the Copa del Rey on penalties against Atlético Madrid
Real Sociedad: a major boost This trophy strengthens their status as a team capable of winning big titles and increases their confidence for future domestic and European competitions
Atlético Madrid: a painful loss, especially on penalties. It highlights their ongoing struggles to close out big finals despite being strong and competitive
Overall, itâs a big psychological win for Sociedad and another tough final setback for AtlĂ©tico

Question 311
Bayern Munich booked their place in the DFB-Pokal final yesterday, have already won the Bundesliga, and are also well positioned in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals. If they win all three competitions, they will become the first club ever to achieve the treble three times in their history. What would a third treble say about Bayernâs consistency and dominance compared to other European giants?
<@&1392052021108146207>
PSG winning the UCL
best team in city of Munich i guess
Best team in central Europe
best team in Bayern Germany
Bayern would pretty much prove why theyâre always the big superpower in German football like PSG in 2025 when they won their treble in French football/UCL along with consecutive league titles
They'll win UCL and make history, comparing to European giants to this team is Bundesliga have some of best clubs Bayern, bayer, Dortmund etc, Bayern Munich got World class players and the other clubs in Bundesliga doesn't have that too much world class players and it becomes easy to win the league and domestic tournaments, if Bayern was in pl it becomes hard to win trebe they might win domestic tournaments but winning the pl will become more hard for them pl is the hardest league in the world according to most pundits of football.
absolutely nothing lol, everyone knows the level bayern is at, winning a ucl wouldnt really change how the community views them
Best team oat if they win the triple treble
They were and still are giants so pretty consistent
they wont do it
I hope they will do it, as it will solidify Bayern's status as a proven European heavyweight
2nd best club OAT below Real Madrid and above AC Milan.
But PSG may stop them.
49 Days to go for the World Cup #11-days-to-go message
may become top 5 clubs oat
easy in a farmer's league
cheats
Nobody is understimating bayern
Its just that their competition is rubbish
đ
We've already dominated compared to most football clubs, we have made a cl final in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2020, which says something.
The only giant who has done better than us is of course real madrid. Barca had a period, but over the course of time they have fallen off.
If they win the treble then this team would be in contention for the best Bayern team in history they have already had a historical Bundesliga campaign only UCL and pokal remain
Question 312
Do you think squad depth has become more important than star power in major tournaments and leagues, especially with injuries and fatigue playing such a big role alongside the increasing number of matches? Or can a team still rely on a few elite players to carry them to success?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Yes
With that many games nowadays absolutely
yes
not sure what a picture of the dutch national team means here
depth wins
squad
Yes
đ
Depth needed for winning leagues, star power for winning cups (it's not that rigid though, I'm just referring to what's needed more in leagues and cups)
This
you got like a 100 games a season now absolutely more than ever need to prioritise squad depth
Obviously
its harder to rely on a few elites
depth gives more options and allows teams to rotate and reducing injuries
Squad depth matters so much
48 days to go for the world cup #11-days-to-go message
Yes
obviously lol, not even like recently itâs always been the reason why a team succeds thatâs why real madrid have been the best team in the sport for a long time
no
case in point, City and Arsenal
don't get me wrong, City are not exactly drowning in bench issues
but their upturn in form has been mainly reliant on rotating MUCH less and sticking to your big guns when the going gets tough
And Arsenal, despite having some of the best depth in Europe, is struggling now due to that lack of cutting edge
sure, the depth keeps you competitive
but when things get crucial, you call on the stars. Depth will never be as important as that.
no, squad depth is extremely overrated, i think the same exact 11 elite players should be starting every single match. Injuries are for losers and weaklings. No one cares about injuries and fatigue.
definitely important to have depth with the amount of games
Yes
When my club is forced to use Goretzka since we got no backup i can say yes
Question 313
Have there been any players this season who, in your opinion, have made the leap to world-class level despite not previously being considered at that level?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Musso
Luis Diaz perhaps, was good at Liverpool but not world class imo
Igor Thiago
Cherki and Olise
World class? Too soon. Maybe if he does well in the World Cup.
Cherki.
Joao Pedro is also doing well
idk about world class tho
Olise
boutta say Ozil ?!
I define World class as being the best in your role in the world
Considering that, no
Matheus Cunha, Harry Maguire, Bryan Mbeumo
O. Dembele
So, you didn't think he was world class in his ballon d'or winning season but you think he is now?
oh this season
then its probably gonna be Gordon
or Olise
diaz asw
Cherki, Olise, wouldnt consider O Reilly world class yet but definitely got a lot better
Joan Garcia , Cherki , Luis Diaz
doku, cubarsi, khusanov and
upamenaco although iâm p sure everyone knows he is
Luis Diaz is the best example
Rayan cherki and Olise aa and Joan garcia ig
Joao Pedro, Cherki, Olise, Luis Diaz, Nico O Reilly, Enzo Fernandez
47 Days to go for the world cup #11-days-to-go message
Igor Thaigo, Junior Kroupi, Tom Bischof, Khvicha Kvaratshkelia

Kvaratshkelia, Cherki and Musso
Olise
Diaz, Thiago and Guehi
cherki has moved me, early season semenyo too
kvara cherki Alvarez lookman
a lot more but those who are in my mind
Cherki
kroupi for me, i'm glad that he improved that much and i hope he will get a spot in the WC squad
(even though it's not gonna happen as deschamps doesn't like adding new players just before a big tournament)
bruno
Juan Musso
Armando GonzĂĄlez
diomande, jon martin, diaz
O reilly
I would say Olise, Cherki, Karl, I. Thiago, Dembele
Question 314
FermĂn LĂłpez delivered a strong performance against Getafe yesterday, scoring a goal. Overall, he has recorded 13 goals and 16 assists for Barcelona so far this season. Do you think he deserves to be included in conversations about the top midfielders in the world, or do goal and assist statistics fail to paint the full picture of his abilities?
<@&1392052021108146207>
I think he does deserve to be included in such conversations
One message removed from a suspended account.
Sure he can but he cant be compared to the like of Vitinha and Joao Neves
idk
Vitinha and Neves don't play the same role as him, so the comparison is meaningless
ill let u know
up there with brandt
As a #10, he's arguably the best in the world
Who?
No
Top 2 for me
Bruno Fernandes and Fermin
He's good but not up to the level
29 G/A for a CAM and not up to the level
and a lot of those goals are top
you don't know ball
He needs more recognition for what hes doing for barcelona this season. Better than a few fraudulent midfielders out there in the premier league.
I always understood fermins game.
He's playing in a team that allows him to play the way he is. The goal contributions can be achieved by anyone else if they played in the same position at Barca. The club employs a system the academy players are trained for. This is like expecting apples from an apple tree, ofc it will bore apples.
He is good, but I doubt he will continue to be once he grows old and loses the athleticism that defines his style of gameplay.
p.s. minus aura for the mask.
And I haven't seen many players in his position score long range bangers as frequently as him
i think he deserves more recognition
nah
we are not fooled by a goal against "getafe" mate
Bruno fernandes surely
18 assists in the league as well
Scored against Newcastle the "phySIcALiTY" merchants
Scored in the Bernabeu too

"newcastle" and "bernabeu" in 2026...dkm
You're right, he shouldn't have scored against them
yes
"world's best midfielder" who? I think some people are still comparing him to the likes of Enzo Fernandez
Not rated enough by people, but there's easily some better than him
He is class but not world class
I know this because i signed him my fifa career mode
One of the best midfielders in history
He would've won many ucls if he played in messi nyemar era
He is one of the most efficient cams in the world a bit selfish but he is g/a is exceptional maybe needs to improve a bit on decision making and creating space for himself against teams that don't give him that space
He's honestly criminally underrated, but I wouldn't say hes really pivitol to the Barca squad, mabye they just have too much quality, but on a team full of players who can take the ball and find a way to score, you sometimes have to channell ur talents into something like playmaking, tempo-regulating, or even free kicks to become a true matchwinner. He's good but I can name at least 7 better players on the current Barca squad that are much more important.
good pero no good enough
Question 315
A few weeks ago, Mohamed Salah announced that he will be leaving Liverpool at the end of this season. Salah has undoubtedly built an exemplary career at the club. Where do you think he ranks among the greatest Liverpool players of all time, as well as among the greatest players in Premier League history?

Yeah
Top 5 for Liverpool and top 10 for prem specifically
iâd put Salah around top 3â5 all-time for Liverpool based on like his peak output, consistency, and trophies, with Dalglish and Gerrard still right there in the convo.
and in the Premier League heâs probably top 5â10 ever, just off how consistent his numbers have been, so heâs up there with Theirry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne
Yo we have the same opinion â€ïžâđ©č

In the top 3 of liverpool
In the top 10 of premier league
Among the "greatest"(not necessarily the best) liverpool players OAT he is 4th-5th imo.
Again, for his insane range of individual records, in premier league history for me he is top 3 minimum.
Again, not saying he is among the" top 3 best players to play in the PL". But the top 3 best "PL players".
or maybe its just my biasness..
top 5 for liverpool, top 15-20 in the prem

Modric
balotelli at liverpool
benzema
lewa and then Kevin De Bruyne
I see mostly a lot of attackers being shouted here, which is fair as their success is easier to measure. However, we're forgetting defensive backbones such as Puyol and Neuer like that
Lewa, but lets thank Bastoni and Dimarco too
brandt
Lewandowski
definitely
Mhm
James Rodriguez
Yo
I don't need to say his name
you answered your own question in the picture
đ
Lewandowski for his all time stats Raphinha for his insane campaign last season
Question 317
Did we see one of the best and most enjoyable football matches in history yesterday? Where does it rank in your personal rankings?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Very high yeah
YESSSSSS
BUT THERES MORE
Peak entertainment
think it would be below United vs Lyon, City vs Madrid and Pool vs Barca tho
Just wait what happens tonight
Very high, that match was insane
Top 10
Top 5
One of the best matches ever although defenses were NOT good but the goals were all stunning and the whole thing very intense
bro man Utd vs Lyon will always be number one
If we're ranking matches that were crazy end-to-end, probably #2 or #3 in my all-time rankings.
I would say holy bias but fck you're not wrong at all it was indeed better but it was a second leg. We must see the second leg of bayern-psg too
If we ever get a UCL final or World Cup final that finishes 5-4, it would automatically be the greatest game ever.
PSG vs Bayern -> offense
arsenal vs Atletico -> defense
okay but it's definitely below WC final 2022 and United vs Lyon we can all agree
These 3 are all close asf tbh
I could make a case for all 3
go to #football-chat
Top 15 (excluding Arsenal matches)
easily top 5 of all time, excluding games with personal value I think it is 2nd behind the world cup final 2022
1st leg is never gonna be like that for me personally, still very enjoyable, but i wouldn't have it in my top 10 i don't think

Question 318
Antoine Griezmann won the Man of the Match award yesterday in the Champions League semi-finals. After a long career in Europe, he will finally be leaving this summer to move to MLS. How do you feel about his overall legacy and all-time status?
<@&1392052021108146207>
he's one of the greatest french NT player of all time
his only issue is that he didnt win many trophies with atleti
His legacy in football is beautiful and wonderful, and it would be a beautiful conclusion if he ended the season with the European Club Championship and the World Cup for national teams.
One of the best international performers of our era, world champion with france & amazing performances at most international tournaments he has played in.
Should have won more than just a Europa league & Copa Del Rey at club level though, but purely as a player did very well individually regardless
In All-time heâs not in the âGOATâ conversation but he absolutely belongs in the tier just below a modern great a World Cup icon and one of the smartest attackers of his era
goated
I see Antoine Griezmann as one of the most complete forwards of his era. He delivered at the highest level with Atlético Madrid. He deserves to win more trophies apart from the Europa League. One of the GOAT in LaLiga that only a few talks about.
Tier 2
Very good player. Joined Barcelona at the most cursed of times. Would probably have him on my list of Top 20 Strikers since 1995, but near the bottom. Allways admired his workrate, allways works his ass off. But he will allways be Pigmann to me, as Griez is pronounced the same as Gris, which is Pig in Norwegian. Big respect to Pigmann.
goated
Atletico didn't deserve him. If they really respected him, he wouldn't have a club career like this. Not the fans fault tho, I respect them.
The only Atleti player I could never hate, always loved him, and the best French player of the last 15 years Imo.
Was the glue to the absolute egoistic cunts in both levels, and I'm not sure how Deschamps and the future managers will manage the prima donnas in the NT without someone selfless like him.
Will miss him Europe, could've played for one more season or moved to Ligue 1/Serie A and do something special instead of moving to MLS đ but still... ALL TIME LEGEND. đ«đ·
One of those amazing players who just never really won anything, first one that comes to mind is Totti. Will always be remembered as arguably Atléticos best player
Honestly one of the greatest players this generation he was brilliant on and off the ball he wasn't just a 9 or a 10 he something else new
in the levels of the best of the best
but sad he couldnt win more bigger trophies
Griezmann is a world class forward and one of the best of his generation, known for big-game performances and intelligence. i wouldnt put him in the Messi/Ronaldo tier, but heâs still a modern great with an elite career. His MLS move doesnât change his strong legacy much.

Liverpool legend Slippy G
Legend of the game
Could've won 2 balon dors and 2 ucls but he got unluckyđą
absolute legend, one of my footballing idols
MY GOAT
Great player but getting rated too high nowadays compared to what his actual skill level was.
Considering he has a World Cup and Europa league to his name he definitely has left a good legacy, and especiallly since he was a key part of both (arguably the best player in them too). Sure he might not have won UCL, or La Liga, and did not win a main domestic title with his longtime club but that should never undermine what he has won, especially since 99% of players end up winning no titles in their career.
He will be forgotten in 10 years just like a lot of players are, he will be remembered more for his international legacy if anything but not for club
athletico and france legend, played a very very crucial role in france's wc win and deserves much more club trophies
Question 319
Despite reaching both the MLS Cup Final and the CONCACAF Champions Cup Final for the first time last season and winning eight of their first nine MLS games, Vancouver Whitecaps FC are reportedly facing potential relocation, with Las Vegas the most likely destination. Limited stadium revenue at BC Place, which is owned by the provincial government, is said to be the main reason. If this happens, it would be the first MLS relocation since 2005. What impact could it have on the league and its players, and what are your general opinions on such team relocations?
<@&1392052021108146207>
wtf??????
idk
Shit. theres literally no need for that. #SaveTheCaps
I don't really care for MLS that much tbh
I hope it does sound rude when I say this.... I don't really give a damn
