Has anyone gotten a pastel orange Lessapantchi? I keep feeding the Be Pastel juice, but it only rotates between a few colors, including the same one it already was. I’m getting frustrated 😂

Orange is one of the colors that doesn't have a pastel/lighter variant, but it can be achieved from either the Vivid or Pastel Juice

But Lessapantchi uses lighter shades over the pink part, I believe, so it would appear as a lighter orange on it

My babymarutchi was a pastel pink, but when it turned into a roar young it looks already red. I'm confused about the colors.

Some of the characters have a darker or lighter base color. They’re both the same color but Babymarutchi draws from the lighter half of the palette and roar young draws from the darker half

Ex: My bumble young got super pastel when he turned into Papillotchi

but that’s the same pink on both of them

I think what people always get hung up on is there being some lighter or darker versions of colors like yellow and pink, which share some of the colors from the other palette and that tends to be confusing xD

But there is a hot pink, light pink, yellow, and light yellow all as separate palettes with their own light and dark shades per which character body is used respectively

There’s also like 4 different blues each with their own light & dark version

The actual bold darker purple is random from Pastel

Most of these look correct! Only one I'm seeing is the Sebiretchi who uses lighter shades for her body

So that teal would be lighter I believe

Unless that is the light teal and I'm going crazy

Yeh for some reason it looks so much lighter on the device; I've noticed with characters I've had who are lavender or gray that I struggle to tell the difference unless I tilt the device just right

Odd find, but depsite Forest Roar Young having the hot pink color index and therefore correlating with the "lighter shades" itself, its body functions the same as normal Roar Young and uses darker shades

So if you got a Forest Roar Young, it would count as hot pink, but then if you dyed it something else and back to hot pink it would get darker

Trying to get the jade special character but didn't want to get the other two devices all the way to young when my jade is at young already 😬

The one you want to become the special character has to be a teenager/young. Other characters’ stage doesn’t matter

I was skeptical about Paradise because I love the Uni so much. But it really is fantastic and I cant really find fault with it. I just get nervous about the spinning bit at the top breaking in the long run as you cant use just the ABC buttons. But that's very much a me problem and I'm sure it will be fine.

There's many replacements you can find with custom shells on different platforms, aliexpress as well. So even if it does break you'll have ways of fixing it without breaking bank for the next few years

I'm so sorry if this has been answered before, but does your paradise have to connect with other young stages while it's young to become the secret character, or does it only have to be different versions and life stage doesn't matter? I went to a meet up yesterday and we're doing some troubleshooting 😅

I definitely connected with an adult stage before at least, and still got the character

I know, thank you! It's on the same settings as my Water Paradise but somehow the screen is slightly brighter. Maybe because the batteries are new but I never noticed the screen getting duller/darker as they lost power

The shell is actually really pretty and greener than the pictures. Every single time the stock photos fool me with this line, the shells ARE gorgeous so idk why I doubt them every time. I'm starting to wonder if the other new shells will be prettier than the pictures once again

The Jade Forest area is so cute and magical... I hope the next two shells will have the same vibe and the 3 areas so you have one regular line and one with a more mythical theming! I don't get why Jade was separated from the other two (delulu me hopes that it's because they feature 3 new areas rather than Jade's) but I'm glad it was because I'm really liking it so far!
The games are a bit mid but growing on me too

EXACTLY WHY I'M TALKING ABOUT THIS
Jade is beautiful and so is the first wave but every. Single. Photo. Is oversaturated to hell and back. Jade is brighter, yes, but the first wave is a nice muted/pastel-like palette that is really appealing.

Tropical Orange looks UGLY but so did Jade lk. Why the magenta I do not know but they could at least choose a nice deeper or less saturated shade

I have wanted a paradise since they were announced but life happened. I ordered a jade this weekend, was surprised to see so many overpriced listings online for all shells

I don’t like the faceplate of the jade, in fact, I would have preferred the purple sky but I got the jade for a good price. I don’t look at spoilers before playing with a tama but I heard the jade one had some upgrades so I’ll deal with the faceplate

It’s funny I come here for a peek and find out new shells are on the way 😂

Also not really asking, just venting, why did the pix get so expensive? I recall people saying they wouldn’t considering they were a worldwide release secondhand prices are getting out of hand

As long as you can keep it alive! Adults don't ask to leave or anything, breeding or selecting "New Egg" in the Tamagotchi Lab menu are the only ways to move on to the next gen

First impressions: the face plate is growing on me. I don’t have green tamas but I’m happy with the colors in this one. It’s darker/greener than I thought! The wheel will take some getting used to. Also, no genders?? Wohoa!

The plastic screen feels better quality than the pix, I like that. Wish it would unlock on the field/tama level instead of the planet one, but oh well. Love that they gave us volume control from the get go. Can’t wait to see what else is unlocked later

I’m confused about shop food? I’ve put in some codes. Do those foods add traits to the tamas/influence which adults I get? Or are those there to feed adults because they dislike the regular food?

Entering the code gives you the ability to buy the food

Adults don't like pellets

But should be OK with anything else other than food specific to each character

E.g. if you feed birds chicken, they're going to be upset

Man they did us Jade Forest owners dirty 😂 I thought the new shells would be like Jade Forest having 1 new field and 2 of the OG ones. Nope, they have both new fields and the Forest one. I really like the ice device and if I get it I’ll be missing out on the sky field/genes 😩 vs someone who bought the original batch and gets one of the new devices will have access to all 6 fields/genes

Good news is they’re back on retail price on amazon US if anyone was waiting for that

There are silhouettes for the new secret characters on the how to play website section (which also, suspiciously, that whole page now makes it look as if Jade has the new biomes 💔 wonder how long ago they designed it)

My Jade is currently in the Land biome and it makes me ponder about how nicely the Forest matches the shell itself. Dunno if anyone else thinks about this. But I like how the Glacier biome matches its shell too.
