afaik using a vpn isnt against bungie TOS, but they have made statements before that if you use a vpn to worsen your connection for an advantage in crucible then that action can result in a ban.

US has the highest percentage still of players so thats probably your best bet, so whatever server you can connect to which still gives you the fastest connection with minimal packet loss

so far i got mask of the quite one for devour, my void gernades (supperssor) gives me volitle rounds and weakens, finishers make people volitile, orbs give me overshield, and light damage gives melee energy

yes people still play it ignore people being negative about everything if you took a big break from the game there will plenty for you to do and its all fairly enjoyable content
