These are the people you contact when you have issues on our server.
In the bottom right hand corner of their names will show you their Status
Green = Online and available
Yellow = Idle and maybe not around at the moment
Red = Busy AKA Dont DM them.
DO NOT DM MULTIPLE MODERATORS IF YOU DON'T GET A REPLY INSTANTLY
When to contact a Moderator
When you have a question that is NOT detailed in our #faq channel.
When users have broken any of our #server-rules .
When chats get toxic.
When you have server issues (For this server)
When NOT to contact a Moderator
When you are feeling like a troll
When you have issues to report from another server
When its your word VS Someone elses
Moderators and Member interaction
We do NOT deal in hearsay if you have issues you must have proof.
We do NOT discuss punishments of users with other members of the server
*** Moderators on this server volunteer their time to assist you! That being said there is NO reason at all you need to be disrespectful to any member of our staff team. They are here to help you. They also play a KEY role in keeping this discord safe, clean and spam free for you. Insulting ANY member of our staff team when you don't agree with the outcome of your situation is not acceptable. If you have an issue with a Moderator take it to a head moderator or one of the managers / myself! ***
