Agreed. Depending on the difficulty you choose, should already have set modifiers locked in and be able to load into an activity without looking at the scoring/modifier screen. That puts people off.

It's not as difficult as in the past where you needed 7 straight wins to the lighthouse. You still need to do that, but if you just want the weapon you can continue to play to 7 wins

Crucible has been the only mode I've enjoyed because I can just launch the activity without modifiers. If rest of the portal was like that I would be just fine with it

I'm not saying they should remove modifiers completely, but before edge of fate, modifiers were already pre-made for that set difficulty and you could load right in.

if you have the dlc, legend campaign should get you to 200 ( the drops from the mid-mission chests are the power drops )

and that should be at most a day or 2

otherwise just run anything, you'll get there
