You don't need them if you're good enough with a bow. Hip firing and then following up with a grenade or melee is always a funny option

It's why I want high AE. It lets me hip fire people in mid air and then melee them as I land for a kill

I think bowswapping is turbo cringe and is not counted as using a bow

Oh and also bowswapping sucks rn because of how they nerfed the damage, you need to hit for at minimum 101 damage which I don't think a single primary can in one shot
