Demigod ritual: choose an unhatched egg to imbue with the crown’s power. The appearance of the child will be unchanged but it gains the demigod trait. The demigod trait allows the follower to be an option for the next section of this concept.
Crusade missionary: a missionary upgrade that acts as the multiplayer hub. Only followers with the demigod trait can be chosen. Upon starting the missionary, the lamb enters a trance and you play as the demigod follower.
Armory: allows you to craft weapons for demigod followers, as well as a new item called cloaks, which gives the same effect of the matching fleece to the follower it is equipped on. Only demigod trait followers can equip cloaks.
How demigod crusades work: it is unchanged from normal gameplay, except demigods cannot use relics and only certain cloaks grant access to curses or tarot cards. If the demigod follower dies, you have to encounter and defeat them in purgatory as a mini boss to resurrect them
New crafting materials: copper and iron, which are as common as gold but cannot be crafted into coins. They serve only to craft weapons at the armory
Demigod classes: an upgrade to the demigod ritual is that if you have any of the bishops as followers, you can choose them to be the demigod’s divine parentage instead, which grants different abilities similar to how classes work in D&D.
QOL: a new trait called workaholic, which means the follower still works during rite of lust and holy day rituals, but the trait is at least twice as rare as the golden poop trait for balance.
Story placement: I personally would choose for all these features to be available either after retrieving 2 bishop follower’s relics, or after obtaining the god of death fleece. Both options serving as a way to show the lamb is getting stronger in their godhood and is less involved in the mortal realm.
