Going by the chart Diiba has, the difference between 100 and 800 dpi is almost 20ms but between 800 and 1600 is only 2ms
Almost 4 ms between 400 and 800 so you can extrapolate that 600 to 800 would be ~2 ms

All this is for just that mouse, but my takeaway would be that as long as you're above 600ish dpi it doesnt matter and then adjust the in game sens to your liking

Typical Hunt Match
Lobby: 3 Trios 2 Solos and me
On my way to the Bosscompound I encounter both solos and kill them
Travel to Bosscompound while Boss was already banished.
Sneaking around compound, setting up traps and looking for a way to shoot when they peak out.
Managed to down them 2 times before they rush out and push me. Get another kill while they rush me, getting hit myself and hop into a building. Got downed by fmj wallbang through 2 walls and when I necro, he just rushed in and shotgunned me out - sad but happens.
As 2 of them turn around to help their downed mate, they step over a tripwire with a lil red barrel from me and both die 😄 yaaaaay

Meanwhile I wanted to see the rest of the map so I went into spectator.... to see 2 Trios sitting 100m from another at the closest exit camping in Bounty direction and not moving an inch for the next 10 minutes xD
