Nope. If you get lucky enough and buy all the experience boons in matches you can in theory get a hunter from level 1-50 in a single match. It's rare to do that but it's possible

Recently I've been running FMJ on long ammo rifles and its pretty damn good
I used to always think it was bad but the extra damage range and damage through walls is pretty clutch if you can get around the velocity
the wall bang changes have made it a lot more valuable in my eyes
